Ame-no-ukihashi
The Floating Bridge of Heaven is the span from which Izanagi and Izanami stir the brine with the jeweled spear until Onogoro island curdles into being. The Kojiki and Nihon Shoki open creation with this gesture. It is not a surviving shrine path. Amenohashidate on the Tango coast is a later scenic identification. The bridge is a cosmogonic tool: sky to sea, spear to island. No festival of the bridge is in the early chronicles.
